Undeletable trojan horse? Empty Undeletable trojan horse?

I've got a trojan horse on my computer. I've got Nortan Anti-Virus 2003 as well, run a test, can't fix the problem.
I've also got Spybot, ZoneAlarm and AVG.
What do I do?
the file its in is c/winnit/system32/paza.exe

What is a trojan horse???
Help needed badly!!!
